With 30 years of personal recovery, Robert Callander brings a deep, lived understanding of addiction and transformation to his role as Co-Founder of Clear Minds Recovery. He is an internationally accredited and certified Recovery Coach and ADHD Coach.
Born in Scotland, Robert was raised in the East End of London. His early life was shaped by adversity and difficult choices, but through those challenges, he developed resilience, a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep drive for personal growth.
During Robert’s recovery journey, he has also explored a wide range of spiritual and healing practices - from Osho Ashrams in India and the ManKind Project, to Wim Hof breathing techniques, Celtic purification rituals and transcendental meditation. This diverse experience informs his holistic, person-centred approach to supporting others in recovery.
In previous professional capacities, Robert built a successful group of construction companies. As a CEO, he created opportunities for others, particularly those who had faced similar challenges. Motivated by his own journey, Robert qualified as a certified Life Coach and Mentor, with a specific focus on ADHD and its strong links to addiction.
At Clear Minds Recovery, he brings this expertise to help individuals reconnect with themselves, navigate recovery with authenticity grounded in resilience, integrity and connection.
